2. On how many devices can I use the app?

There are no restrictions on the number of devices you can use.
You can access your Cerebrum App subscription on any number of devices using the same registered email account.

3. How do I activate my subscription?

To activate your subscription:

  • Ensure you have completed the payment process.
  • Go back & open paid contents.
  • If the subscription does not activate, please contact us with your payment transaction ID and email at: help@cerebrumpgprep.co.in.

4. What should I do if my payment is deducted but the subscription isn’t activated?

If your payment is deducted but your subscription is not active:

  • Submit your details through the form on our Contact Us page.
  • Provide your transaction ID, registered email, and the payment date.

To check your subscription details:

  3. Your subscription details, including the plan name and expiry date, will appear on this screen.

6. Can I transfer my subscription to another email?

No, subscriptions are non-transferable to another email account. If you face issues with your existing account, please contact support.


7. How do I get updates about new test series and courses?

To stay updated:

  • Enable notifications for “Cerebrum” app from your Smartphone.

8. How do I reattempt a test series or review my answers?

  • Go to the Test Series section in the app.
  • After completing a test, you will see options:
    • Review Answers: See correct answers and explanations.
    • Reattempt Test: Retake the test to improve your performance.

9. What should I do if I experience app crashes or bugs?

If the app crashes:

  1. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
  2. Restart your phone and relaunch the app.
